I’ve been training with Jacob for many years, first at a prior gym and now at his gym, Fox Fitness. I am a 59-year-old woman and have worked out for the most part my entire adult life. Although I was in decent shape from all outward appearances, it wasn’t until I began working out with Jacob that I reached a new level of fitness. I am writing another review this time for me. I started weekly stretching one hour sessions to help with left hip arthritis and overall poor flexibility. Jacob does an excellent job of pushing me through movements I would never do on my own. It has only been 3 sessions but yesterday I dropped a sock and was able to bend down and pick it up without leaning on something or where the bending was painful. Quite different from a month ago.
